In depth analysis of China's mold industry market agglomeration

first, East China has become China's mold industry agglomeration

in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, and its regional distribution characteristics are also taking shape day by day. From the perspective of seven regions, East China has a strong momentum of development. In 2007, there were 1603 Enterprises above Designated Size in China's mold industry, including 946 in East China, with total regional assets of 42.5 billion yuan and a total sales revenue of 35.38 billion yuan; From January to May 2008, there were 1844 Enterprises above Designated Size in the mold industry, an increase of 241 over the previous year. Enterprises above Designated Size in East China reached 1066, including the wavelength of the material absorption spectrum and the wavelength phase of the material emission spectrum, accounting for 57.08% of the whole industry. The total industrial output value reached 19.55 billion yuan, and the sales revenue reached 18.848 billion yuan. With the increasing investment in various regions of China's mold industry and the support of national policies, the regional advantages of East China will become more and more prominent

II. The Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta highlight the advantages of mold industry

1. In 2008, the mold output of Guangdong Province exceeded 280000 sets

the Pearl River Delta is the first region in China's mold industry, which has developed rapidly over the years, attracting many foreign and private enterprises. With a relatively large load of 20KN (3) 00kn, the mold Market in Guangdong Province, which is dominated by foreign-funded enterprises, accounts for more than 40% of the country's output value. Since 2003, its position in the country has become increasingly prominent, especially in 2008, the mold output in Guangdong Province increased sharply, showing a good trend

2. The mold Market in the Yangtze River Delta continues to accelerate

although the Pearl River Delta has developed rapidly and has strong industrial advantages, the Yangtze River Delta has also shown a momentum of rapid growth in recent years. At present, the mold Market in the Yangtze River Delta occupies about 40% of China's market share and plays a decisive role. With the rapid economic development of the Yangtze River Delta, the mold Market in the Yangtze River Delta is increasingly favored by people at home and abroad

the mold industry in the Yangtze River Delta originated in Shanghai. Since the 1940s, Shanghai mold has been ranked first in the country. By the late 1980s, with the deepening of the reform and opening-up policy, the attention and support of relevant national departments to the mold industry, and the publicity and promotion of social organizations such as the mold industry association, Shanghai mold enterprises had reached more than 1500, with more than 70000 employees, an annual output value of nearly 10billion yuan, and an average annual growth rate of more than 20%. It is estimated that the total output value will reach about 20billion yuan by 2010; The import volume was reduced by 30% from the current 290million yuan, It will add 700million yuan to the industry "We have found other opportunities for the output value of the rear plate spring, which is about RMB yuan, and the export volume will reach US $130 million, which will increase the output value of the industry by another 600million yuan.

at present, Suzhou, Jiangsu has more than 1000 mold factories of all kinds, more than 1000 mold processing points, and the annual sales of molds are about 5 billion to 6 billion yuan. The mold industry has become one of the emerging industries in the city. There are many wholly-owned and joint ventures in the mold industry in Jiangsu Province, as well as many private mold enterprises; lanpeizhu in Suzhou Manufacturing, Yuanqing mold and other enterprises mainly produce die-casting molds and molds for automobile engines, wheel hubs and other components. Kunshan Zhongda mold base, Kunshan Precision Mold standard parts, Kunshan Huaxing mold guide parts and other enterprises specializing in the production of various large mold base, mold guide parts, mold springs and other standard parts

3. Zhejiang province promotes the development of mold industry in the Yangtze River Delta

as the dominant mold industry base in the Yangtze River Delta, mold enterprises are mainly concentrated in Ningbo and Taizhou. There are more than 4000 mold production plants in these two regions, including more than 2000 professional mold production enterprises, more than 100000 employees, and the mold output value is more than 20 billion yuan. Yuyao, Ninghai, Cixi and Yinzhou in Ningbo mainly produce plastic molds. Beilun mainly produces die-casting molds, while Xiangshan and Zhoushan mainly produce casting molds and stamping molds. The total output value of molds in Ningbo has exceeded 14billion yuan. Taizhou's main mold manufacturing enterprises are concentrated in Huangyan and Luqiao. Plastic molds account for the majority, and the total output value of molds has exceeded 8billion yuan. As a local specialty of Zhejiang Province, Huangyan mold was released and promoted at the 17th invention exhibition held in Pittsburgh, USA. Jinhua, Wenzhou, Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Jiaxing and other places also have certain strength

Figure 4. From January to November 2003 to 2008, the mold output of Zhejiang accounted for the proportion of the whole country and the Yangtze River Delta respectively.

it can be clearly seen from the figure that since 2003, the mold output of Zhejiang Province has shown a linear growth rate. As of January to November 2008, Zhejiang Province has produced 106000 sets of molds, 44 percentage points higher than the total output of 73500 sets in 2007. In the context of the global financial crisis, the production of enterprises in Shanghai and Jiangsu Province has declined, but the mold industry in Zhejiang Province has maintained a stable growth. It can be seen that the mold industry in this region has great potential and will continue to promote the development of the mold industry in the Yangtze River Delta
